Technical Parameters of the Equipment:
Pulling Apparatus - Hydrolic:   Pulling Force is 3-100T.
Pulling space dimensions: 600-1200 mm(W) x 500 mm(H) x 1800 mm(L), overall dimension of the pulling apparatus is 2.5M (L) x 1.85M (W) x 1.85M (H)
Pulling center height is 920 mm ( From floor to the center), adjustable by 80mm +/- (screw)
Pulling speed is 5 mm ~ 2M/min. 
Heating Apparatus:
There are 6 Heating zones with 6 pieces of assembled heating board (aluminum alloy + copper tubing), 0° - 200 +/-1C (All 6 heating zones may be read on their own individual meters)
Width of the die platform is 800 mm (W) covered. Insulation is attached to the top and bottom platforms which are powder coated with high temperature paint.
The die clamping operation is manual
The Maximum clamping die dimension: is 890 mm (L) x 800 mm (W) x 250 mm (H)
 
2. Heating Component ?
The specific heating component dimension is 750 mm x 250 mm x 28 mm
The surface and the side of the L shape have a hole for measuring the temperature, and there is a hole for measuring the temperature at the flat plate.
There is insulation 3mm thick on the top of heating component.
Technical Parameters of specific flying cut off saw:
The power of the electric motor is 2.2 KW - 7.5kW
The diameter of blade is 150-300mm
The width of the saw blade is 1.2mm - 3mm
The max rotary velocity of saw blade ≥10, 000RPM

3. What's the main features?

1. Traction gantry make ordered according to requested length
2. We used the latest technology: pump is multi-group pump source (to ensure stability in forward speed). Hydraulic parts are made of stacked clip (easy maintenance), and the tension and clamping force can make stepless adjustment.
3. It has single and double manually operated gantry and double gantry automatic reciprocating running function. Automatic intermittent time can be automatically set, and the actual production tension can be feedback by sensor.
4. Three-stage temperature control of thermal temperature control device, to achieve automatic control of heating temperature of the mold.
 
According to different pulling force,we have 6T,8T,10T,15T,20T,30T,50T.

We also produce the pultrusion dies. Just tell me what size and type profile do you need to produce,or give us the die drawing, and we will make it according to your demand.The die inner material is hard chromed, and out side is 45# steel.

Product Application
This production line can be used to produce different size and type FRP products with different moulds. It is totally auotomatic, so it just needs one person to operate the machine,to save the labour force at the greatest extent.
